stitch-FX Acquires Corporate Promotions

stitch-FX, a Greensboro, N.C.-based company that offers custom embroidery, screen printing and promotional products, recently announced that it has acquired Corporate Promotions Inc.

Corporate Promotions' former owner Donna Pratt retired after 16 years of running the company. stitch-FX owners Tinker and Melanie Clayton, along with their staff, will continue to service Corporate Promotions' customers.

The acquisition provides stitch-FX with the opportunity to further expand in the industry through catalog and company store fulfillment, in-house art and design, embroidery and screen printing, as well as an expanded vendor base.
