Cap America Announces Promotions

Cap America, Fredericktown, Mo., recently announced it has promoted two employees, Sarah Page and Liz Tesreau.

Page is being promoted from customer service manager to director of customer relations. She will be responsible for coordinating communications between the overseas and customer service divisions, which will streamline information and expedite response time to client requests, according to the company.

Tesreau is being promoted to customer service manager from her previous position as customer service supervisor. She has demonstrated leadership ability and excellent customer service skills, according to the company.
