Pulse Debuts New iPad AppJanuary 31, 2012
Customers can choose a mannequin or garment, select a design, add text, see a preview and finalize the order themselves. They also can use the camera on the iPad to put a photo on a T-shirt. The final high-resolution file is created with the proper machine parameters and the garment is ready for printing in minutes, with no Adobe Photoshop needed. This native iPad application creates a secondary point-of-sale for a storefront or decorated apparel showroom, without needing an Internet connection or an additional salesperson, and there are no transaction fees. The application can also be installed on multiple platforms such as Windows or Mac, according to the company. For more information, visit hic.us. — S.G. RECENT HEADLINES
