Pulse Offers Embroidery i2 for CorelDrawOctober 08, 2009Pulse, a division of Hirsch Intl., Hauppauge, N.Y., now offers Embroidery i2, which lets apparel decorators create ready-to-sew embroidery designs directly inside CorelDraw. The software is PC-compatible (Mac users can check out Embroidery i2 for Adobe Illustrator), offers a short learning curve for decorators who already are familiar with CorelDraw and doesn’t require independent software packages, according to the company. With Embroidery i2, logos and vector artwork can be easily converted into embroidered designs, whether they are simple text, corporate logos or fine art. Embroidery i2 includes garment recipes, which eliminate guesswork regarding parameters for sewing on piqué, silks, fleece, jacket backs and more. It also includes more than 100 digitized embroidery fonts, including special fonts designed for small lettering. For more information, visit hirschinternational.com. — J.L. RECENT HEADLINES
