Sawgrass Introduces ChromaBlast-R for Mac OS

Sawgrass Technologies Inc., Charleston, S.C., recently debuted its ChromaBlast-R printing solution for Mac OS users, to be used for Ricoh Aficio GX7000 and Ricoh Aficio GX e3300N ink jet printers.

The newest ChromaBlast-R enables Mac users to personalize and customize a range of cotton transfer products with full-color and photographic images. Paired with ChromaBlast transfer media, ChromaBlast-R offers users the ability to produce vibrant, lasting images, according to the company.

Designed to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and PhotoShop Elements, ChromaBlast-R for Mac OS includes MacProfile and ICC profile, allowing users to print a variety of image types and substrates. Also included are Sawgrass' Palette Swatch Library, a collection of preset colors, and Proofing Palette, which enables users to print a color-matching swatch booklet. They can be used together for spot-on color matching, according to the company.
